海外利益相关方视角下的中国企业形象

越来越多的中国企业深度参与全球经济发展，开展跨国经营。然而由于语言障碍、经济社会发展的差异化、以及迥异的历史文化等因素影响，中国企业在克服国家文化差异、组织文化差异，融入当地社会的过程中，往往会遇到众多挑战。

这就需要中国企业熟悉了解运营所在地的社会环境，并全面了解当地利益相关方的诉求。以此为基础，中国企业才能判断出“中国模式”是否适用于海外，应该采取何种利益相关方沟通合策略，哪些社会责任议题应该纳入经营管理。

来自尼日利亚、印度尼西亚、沙特阿拉伯和奥地利的意见领袖和社会责任专家将从海外利益相关方视角，与您分享他们眼中的中国企业形象，并对中国企业的海外运营提出可行建议。

Chinese Corporate Image from the Perspective of Overseas Stakeholders

More and more Chinese enterprises are deeply involved in global economic development and carrying out cross-border operations. However, due to language barrier, economic and social difference, historical and cultural influence, Chinese enterprises often encounter challenges in overcoming cultural and organizational differences when trying to integrate into local societies.

This requires Chinese companies to be familiar with the social environment in which they operate and to fully understand the needs of local stakeholders. Based on this, Chinese enterprises could then judge whether the "China model" is applicable overseas, what kind of communication strategies should be adopted, and which social responsibility issues should be concerned in the management.

From the perspective of overseas stakeholders, opinion leaders and social responsibility experts from Nigeria, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia and Austria will share their views on Chinese corporate image and give proper sugguestions on Chinese companies’ overseas operations.
